1、在使用扭矩扳手檢測儀之前，先檢查儀器電量是否充足，若電量不足,請先充電（充電時(shí)也可使用）。
1. Before using the torque wrench tester, check whether the power of the instrument is sufficient. If the power is insufficient, please charge it first (it can also be used during charging).
2、將被檢物的四方測頭放入該檢定儀的承力四方孔內(nèi)，同時(shí)使用得被檢物另一端的手柄在高度調(diào)節(jié)塊上方（若長度不夠時(shí)，可自由調(diào)節(jié)整套加載裝置）。
2. Put the square probe of the tested object into the bearing square hole of the calibrator, and use the handle at the other end of the tested object above the height adjustment block (if the length is not enough, the whole loading device can be adjusted freely).
3、打開電源開關(guān)，顯示的扭矩值為零，如果不為零，則按清零鍵，將扭矩值清零。
3. Turn on the power switch and the displayed torque value is zero. If it is not zero, press the reset key to reset the torque value.
4、測試前，需設(shè)置好上下限值、小存儲值、小峰值保持值、自動(dòng)峰值時(shí)間、自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間、重力加速度等.
4. Before the test, the upper and lower limits, small storage value, small peak holding value, automatic peak time, automatic shutdown time, gravity acceleration, etc. shall be set
①、上限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定上限值，根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定，達(dá)到上限值即自動(dòng)聲光提示，上限值不高于滿量程。
① . upper limit value setting: the user sets the upper limit value, which can be set freely as required. When the upper limit value is reached, it will be prompted automatically by sound and light, and the upper limit value is not higher than the full scale.
②、下限值設(shè)定：用戶設(shè)定下限值，根據(jù)需要自由設(shè)定，達(dá)到下限值即自動(dòng)燈光提示，下限值不得高于設(shè)定的上限值。
② . lower limit value setting: the user sets the lower limit value, which can be set freely as required. When the lower limit value is reached, the automatic light prompt will be given, and the lower limit value shall not be higher than the set upper limit value.
③、小存儲值設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)存儲需要設(shè)定小存儲值，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)將不被儲存。
③ . small storage value setting: the user sets a small storage value according to the storage needs, and the data less than this value will not be stored.
④、小峰值保持值設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)峰值，自動(dòng)峰值測量需要自由設(shè)定，小于該值的數(shù)據(jù)不被峰值保存。
④ . setting of small peak holding value: the user needs to freely set the automatic peak measurement according to the peak value, and the data less than this value will not be saved by the peak value.
⑤、自動(dòng)峰值時(shí)間設(shè)定：用戶根據(jù)自動(dòng)峰值測量狀態(tài)下峰值需要保持的時(shí)間從1秒～99秒自由設(shè)定。
⑤ Automatic peak time setting: the user can freely set the peak time from 1s to 99S according to the time required to maintain the peak under the automatic peak measurement state.
⑥、自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間設(shè)定：無操作狀態(tài)下，自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間從0分鐘～9分鐘可自由設(shè)定（當(dāng)設(shè)置為0分鐘則表示為解除自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)）。
⑥ . automatic shutdown time setting: under no operation state, the automatic shutdown time can be freely set from 0 minutes to 9 minutes (when it is set to 0 minutes, it means that the automatic shutdown is cancelled).
⑦、重力加速度設(shè)定：用戶可根據(jù)本地區(qū)的位置設(shè)定重力加速度值，本機(jī)默認(rèn)9.794。
⑦ . gravity acceleration setting: the user can set the gravity acceleration value according to the location of the local area. The default value of this machine is 9.794.
⑧、恢復(fù)初始設(shè)置：用戶操作不當(dāng)或多次更改數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)混亂,可以通過此項(xiàng)設(shè)置來把1～7的數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)。
⑧ . restore the initial setting: if the user operates improperly or changes the data for many times, the data of 1 ~ 7 can be restored to the factory state through this setting.
